Great analysis. I am really interesting in the next steps of the commercial web mapping industry. As you have pointed out, it looks like only Felt (and probably Placemark.io) are pushing, although only towards new ways to share, edit and visualize data. But I hope 2023, it is going to be the year GM will show us why they hire Unreal and other videogames engine engineers/developers. AR without a proper environment (a background of real geography made by Unreal or Unity) will disrupt the ecosystem and bring back a new era of innovation (not sure how ready our mobiles are ready for such platforms, but the shame it was said with vector rendering).
